Problems logging into your Help to Buy South account?
If you’re having difficulty accessing your Help to Buy South account, try the steps below:
- It may sound obvious but you should double check you’re entering the right email and password for your account. Make sure there’s not a space at the beginning or end of your email in the address box. Passwords are also case sensitive, so check your typing yours correctly, or haven’t turned capslock on by mistake.
- If you’re not having luck with the above then the next step is to reset the password on your account. You can do this by clicking the ‘reset my password’ button below where you log in. You’ll then be prompted to enter the email address of the account you’re trying to access. This will send you an email to create a new password.
- Not getting our emails? Check your spam or junk folder. You can also add our email to your address book to make sure these get to your inbox in the future.
- If you’re still not able to access your account please give us a call on 0800 456 11 88. Our Customer Services Team will be more than happy to help you regain access to your account and make any amends to your application in the meantime.
